Shipping And Handling:
Below are the terms for each of our shipping options. Selecting an incorrect shipping amount will significantly delay the processing of your order. All shipping charges are fixed, it does not change no matter if you order 1 or 100 items.
Standard Delivery (£2.99):
This option is available to all mainland UK addresses and will be sent via Royal Mail or equivalent and should take between 2 and 3 working days for delivery.
UK Mainland Courier Tracked 24/48 Hours (£6.99):
This option is available for all mainland UK addresses and will be sent via DPD Courier. Our courier delivery can take up to 48 hours (2 working days) to deliver. Please note that your telephone number will be given to DPD to aid a timely delivery.
To help ensure a reliable service we request signatures on all orders above the value of £30.

Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included in the prices shown.

We guarantee that the item supplied will be as described. Packaging and colouring may in some circumstances vary to that pictured due to manufacturers changing products.
Returns Policy:
We have a 7 day no quibble returns policy on all goods, as long as they are returned in the condition received, however you will be liable for the postage costs. In the case of faulty goods we will refund or replace these goods and reimburse you for any postage costs incurred in returning the goods. All goods should reach you in the described condition.
